About the owner
A proud New Jersey native, Colleen believes that grit, grace, passion, and hard work can take you anywhere you want to go. She also understands that success often takes a village—and that knowing what you don’t know can be just as valuable as what you do.
An “accidental” HR professional, Colleen discovered early on the importance of understanding what truly drives a business—its people, its challenges, and its goals—in order to deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact.
After a brief chapter in Northern Virginia (hence the 703 area code), Colleen returned home to New Jersey, where her HR career evolved from a temp job as a Recruiting Assistant to a PHR-certified HR Business Partner with an MBA in Human Resources Management from Centenary University. Over the years, she has supported organizations of all sizes and industries—from local nonprofits to serving as a Director of Human Resources for a national exterior home services company.
Today, Colleen offers a full range of consulting services—from foundational HR policy and compliance reviews to strategic partnerships that align business goals with HR initiatives in areas such as staffing, training, and performance management.
In her free time, you can find Colleen hanging out with her fiancé, Mike; son, Jameson; and her two dogs - Kira and Charlotte. She's a Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan for life and relieves the stress of that fandom by riding her Peloton whenever she can. Go birds!
